Pricing questions

Before you ask us.

Is this really per practice, not per provider?
Per practice. Adding a third clinician does not change your bill, and neither does a busy month. The category norm is roughly $50 to $200 per provider per month, which is why a four-provider practice often finds a flat price cheaper by a wide margin.
Is there a limit on how many reminders I can send?
No per-message meter and no monthly SMS cap. Reminder volume follows your schedule, and your schedule is not something you should have to ration.
Is the BAA included, or is it extra?
Included at every tier, signed inside the signup flow. The exact agreement text, your signature, the signing IP and a hash of the document are stored together as an append-only record.
Do I need to sign an annual contract?
No. Every tier is month-to-month with no setup fee and no cancellation penalty. Annual contracts are common in this category; we did not want one.
Do I have to change my phone system or my PMS?
Neither. Remind reads a schedule export — by CSV, by SFTP drop, or by live HL7 feed on Growth — and sends from its own number. Nothing about your existing phones or practice management system has to change.
What happens after the trial ends?
You pick a tier or you stop. Nothing sends without a plan, and your data stays exportable either way.
